WATER MAIN BREAK AND ROAD CLOSED NOTICE

UPDATE #2

Marlboro Township Water Utility Division (MTWUD)  has sustained a water main break at the intersection of County Route 520 and Gordons Corner Road.. The intersection of Gordon’s Corner Road and Route 520 is expected to remain CLOSED for the remainder of the evening.  Eight (8) homes are affected by lower water pressure/shutoff and they have been notified in person.  No water quality issues are associated with this break and the water is safe to drink.  MTWUD will remain on site until work is complete. 

Detours are in place.  Route 520 westbound is closed at Carter Drive. Route 520 eastbound is closed at Ruby Drive.  Gordons Corner is closed at Patigo Lane and at Carter Drive. Marlboro Police are on site to assist motorists.  Please obey the detours, barriers and instructions. Please avoid the area if possible.  Thank you for your cooperation.
