Lloyd Road Water Main Replacement Project

Wednesday, May 17 and/or Thursday, May 18, Lloyd Road will be CLOSED from Nolan Road to just before the Marlboro Memorial School entrance (the school will be accessible) during the hours of 7:00 am to 7:00 pm as a part of the continuation of the water main replacement project.
A detour and appropriate signage will be in place and police on site to assist motorists. The detour will route all vehicles from Lloyd Road through to Nolan Road, Reid’s Hill Road and toward Route 34.
Please avoid the area if possible.
Original Water Main Project Message: The Marlboro Township Water Utility Division will be performing improvements to the Water Distribution System to ensure the continued reliable supply of potable water to its customers. A Project will begin on or about April 5, 2023 to replace the water main along Lloyd Road between Route 79 and the Aberdeen Township border. The project generally consists of full water main replacement including all applicable valves and fire hydrants. The Project is anticipated to be completed in approximately 120 days. During this time, there may be temporary interruptions to traffic along Lloyd Road.
