Weekend Update
Dear Resident,
It was a gorgeous day for the season opener at the Marlboro Farmers Market (MFM) this past Sunday. It was great to see so many of you enjoying the day and to visit both new and returning vendors. The Market will be open every Sunday through October from 9am to 1pm. Please remember to bring your reusable shopping bags. Visit the @MarlboroFarmersMarket Facebook page for weekly updates or visit the website HERE.
PUBLIC SAFETY
Take the Safety Pledge – Thank you to the residents who already took the pledge. If you have not yet done so, please click HERE and complete the on-line form. In return, a police officer will deliver a lawn sign to your home. Please continue to lock your car, remove your key fob and keep valuables that are left in your car out of sight. The 'See Something, Say Something and We Will Do Something' initiative continues to be effective and I thank all residents for your support and cooperation. Please do not hesitate. If you see something suspicious or out of place, call the police.
Bear Safety – There have been no confirmed sightings within the Township of Marlboro. However, sightings have been confirmed in neighboring towns. For that reason, earlier this week I sent an email with bear safety tips. If you spot a bear, call the Marlboro police or the DEP 24-hour hotline as noted in the letter linked HERE.
