Township Weekly Update
Dear Neighbor,
As this year comes to a close, there is no question that it has been challenging. It started off with such promise and excitement as we began a new decade. Just a few months in and our lives changed. Many residents began to work from home, some lost their jobs, schools closed, and summer camps, sports and activities were cancelled or curtailed. I have always been grateful for our community, but never more so than this year. We are blessed to live in a town with parks and open space affording us the opportunity to get exercise and fresh air. Our residents, stepped up, as always, donating PPE for our first responders and food for our residents in need. I am thankful for you all. Lastly, I cannot end the year without again thanking our Police, Fire and First Aid, medical professionals, Township employees, and all essential workers who keep us going.
In the meantime, as tired as we all are, please continue to practice social distancing, wash your hands and wear a mask. We will get through this.
